Background 

Ms. Delehanty has over two decades of experience in the engineering and construction industry on all sides of the project- designer, project manager, contractor, operations, and owners’ representative. Projects have included healthcare, manufacturing, commercial, residential, transportation, industrial, and pharmaceutical.

Firsthand knowledge of various stakeholders’ perspectives of a project has provided the unique ability to find solutions that are best for the overall project by mitigating risk for all parties and bringing the scope, schedule, and budget back into balance.

That same philosophy is used in forensic project investigations for litigation. Evaluating cost and schedule overruns, assessing design or construction deficiencies, reviewing standard of care compliance, and analyzing damages allows for clear illustrations of engineering facts leading to successful claim resolutions.
